My mission is simple: to create A Safe Space where you can understand yourself, explore what’s holding you back, and reconnect with your confidence, self-trust, and aliveness.
A space where you don’t have to pretend, perform, or have it all figured out.
Meet Taylor
Part coach, part intuitive, part bird-obsessed human

I created A Safe Space for people who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in patterns they don’t understand, or disconnected from themselves and the life they want to create.
My approach combines coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, Emotion Code®, PSYCH-K®, emotional intelligence, energy work, and intuitive practices to support you in understanding yourself and creating meaningful change.
When I’m not holding space or getting neck-deep in someone's birth chart, you'll find me frolicking in a forest, strumming my guitar, or laughing far too hard at my own jokes.

“To be empowered—to be free, to be unlimited, to be creative, to be genius, to be divine—that is who you are…. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; remember this feeling. This is who you really are….”

My Story
For a long time, I felt like I was searching for who I was, and where I belonged.
Growing up, I often felt different. I struggled with my sense of self-worth, my emotions, and my ability to feel truly connected to the people around me. I could achieve academically, but friendships, relationships, and making sense of my big feelings felt much harder. I carried a belief that something about me was wrong, that I was somehow broken, and I spent years trying to understand where I fit in the world. This had a profound impact on my self-esteem.
After finishing school, I felt lost about what direction I wanted to take in life. I moved from one job to another, searching for something that would make me feel fulfilled and connected. Looking back, I can see that I was often trying to escape the discomfort I carried within myself, rather than understanding it.
Before COVID, I travelled through South East Asia for five months. I thought I was going away to find myself, but instead I came face-to-face with how disconnected I felt. I realised I didn’t want a life I needed to escape from. I wanted to create a life I genuinely wanted to come home to.
When I returned, my mum encouraged me to work with a coach and hypnotherapist. Meeting her became a turning point in my life.
Through this work, I began to understand myself in a completely different way. I started exploring the experiences, emotions, and beliefs I had carried for years, including the impact of childhood and teenage experiences, relationships, and the way I spoke to myself.
I learned that my reactions weren’t random. My emotions, thoughts, and behaviours were connected. The way I viewed myself shaped the way I moved through the world, often creating patterns that kept me feeling stuck.
Slowly, I began to let go of the things I had been carrying. I became less defined by the past, more aware of my own patterns, and more willing to take responsibility for the role I played in my own life. I began developing a deeper understanding and compassion for myself.
The biggest thing I learned was this:
Humans are not machines that need repairing. We are complex, emotional, living beings shaped by our experiences, relationships, thoughts, and beliefs.
We are not broken. Sometimes we are hurting. And there is nothing wrong with feeling hurt. What matters is what we choose to do next: how we understand ourselves, care for ourselves, and begin to move forward.
My own journey showed me how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you while you navigate the difficult parts, someone who can help you understand yourself, find your way forward, and reconnect with who you truly are.
Over time, my desire to support others grew. I wanted to share the tools and insights that had supported me with people who, like me, had felt lost, disconnected, overwhelmed by their emotions, or unsure how to move forward.
Through my training in Emotion Code®, PSYCH-K®, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Intelligence, I now support others in exploring the emotional, energetic, and subconscious patterns that may be influencing their lives.
My intention is not to fix people. It is to support you in understanding yourself, recognising the patterns that may be preventing you from moving forward, and developing a deeper sense of confidence, self-trust, and connection.
If you see yourself somewhere in this story, I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. Reach out. I’d love to hear from you and see how I may be able to support you.

A reminder.
You are worthy of being heard, held, seen, and loved.
Exactly as you are.
The Hummingbird

The hummingbird became a meaningful symbol for me during a journey through Joshua Tree and Sedona with some of my closest friends.
Surrounded by vast desert landscapes, I kept noticing these tiny birds darting through the air. There was something about them that captured my attention. They felt vibrant, joyful, and full of life. In the middle of such expansive landscapes, their presence felt both delicate and unforgettable.
As the journey unfolded, the hummingbird became a symbol of something much deeper for me. It came to represent a love for life, the heartbeat of joy, and the connection we feel when we are fully present with ourselves, the people around us, and the natural world.
Over time, I’ve realised that many of us lose touch with that feeling. We become caught up in who we think we should be, what others expect of us, or the constant noise of everyday life, and slowly drift away from what feels true in our own hearts.
The hummingbird reminds me to return. To joy. To connection. To aliveness.
That is the intention behind A Safe Space. My hope is that the people I work with not only find support through difficult moments, but also reconnect with their own sense of joy, connection, and aliveness.
